Job Summary

The Assembly Operator is responsible for putting together components using hand tools, ensuring precision, efficiency, and adherence to quality guidelines.

Job Description

These laborers will be cutting apart wooden pallets and discarding into a 40-yard roll-off dumpster
Break down wooden pallets efficiently
Dispose of materials properly
Able to follow instructions and proficient in using basic hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
The position involves working with equipment components, tools, and production systems to ensure equipment is assembled accurately and efficiently.

Skills Required

Skilled at using hand tools (Sawzall, crow bars, etc.)
Attention to details
Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, tape measure, grinders, and saws safely
Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
Ability to lift to 25 lbs.
Previous experience with manual labor or warehouse work is a plus, but not required

Education/Training/Certifications

High School Degree or GED

Additional Requirements

Must be able to pass a background check
Work Hours: 2nd Shift, 4:00 pm – 2:30 am

Pay Rate/Salary

$17.00 /hr. Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location
