As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joe Mcadams - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. Our agency was opened in 1999 after years in claims operations, building a 33-year career with State Farm. That experience shaped how we lead todayfocused on service, teamwork, and doing things the right way. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts and updating information in the database, assisting customers with policy changes and inquiries, processing insurance claims and following up with customers on claim status, and coordinating with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications include strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, and previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year.
