Quality Control Worker

Delta Workforce is hiring Quality Control Workers for a Plastic Mold shop in Portage, MI! 1st Shift 6AM - 2:30 PM Monday - Friday 3rd Shift 10PM - 6:30 AM Monday - Friday Pay: $17-20 / Hour Quality Control Worker – Portage, MI Perform visual and dimensional inspections of plastic molded parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards. Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part dimensions and tolerances. Document inspection results, identify defects, and report non-conforming items to supervisors for disposition. Conduct in-process and final quality checks on the production floor to support consistent manufacturing output. Collaborate with production teams to maintain quality procedures, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements.
