Quick Facts: Location: 2450 South Telshor Boulevard, Las Cruces, NM 88011 Start Date: 08/06/2026 End Date/Duration: Open until filled Shift: Hybrid weekdays (clinic & elective OR inpatient coverage), Saturday/Sunday inpatient only Hours/Week: Flexible based on coverage needs Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: Valid U.S. medical license in Urology Experience: Prior Urology practice experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay rate ($1.00/hour for this assignment) Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team What You ll Do: Provide outpatient clinic and inpatient Urology coverage Manage approximately 5-10 phone consults daily for adult patients Collaborate with local urologists, nursing staff, urology techs, and hospitalists Participate in hospital rounding on active consults Cover call duties, including weekend inpatient coverage Support hospital admissions managed by hospitalists Provide high-quality care in a busy, dynamic environment What You Need: Valid U.S. medical license in Urology Experience with outpatient and inpatient Urology practices Strong communication and team collaboration skills Ability to manage a varying schedule flexibly About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico, offering a diverse range of outpatient and inpatient Urology services.
