Maintenance Technician
Franklin, KY

$85,000 plus (Based on Experience)

Malone Workforce Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Franklin, Kentucky to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician . This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering excellent pay, outstanding benefits, and long-term career growth with a stable employer.



What You'll Do

• Repair and maintain CNC machinery, manual machines, and machining centers
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tools, controls, and production equipment
• Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Diagnose equipment failures and replace defective components
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Complete machine testing and adjustments
• Respond quickly to equipment downtime to minimize production interruptions
• Assist with general facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
• Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with CNC equipment preferred
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical controls, motors, and PLC troubleshooting
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
• Preventive maintenance experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb throughout the shift
• Work safely around industrial manufacturing equipment
