Associate Recruiter - Entry Level | No Recruiting Experience Required

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN We don't expect you to walk in knowing how to recruit. Our training program will teach you how to: Find and connect with candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking Conduct professional phone screens and interviews Understand a candidate's experience, goals, and motivations Build relationships with candidates Match candidates with career opportunities Communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams Discuss compensation and help navigate job offers Manage candidate pipelines and follow-up Use professional recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems Develop the communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills used by successful recruiters WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE Recruiting is fast-paced, social, and highly activity-driven. You'll spend your day talking to people, building relationships, searching for candidates, conducting interviews, following up with candidates, collaborating with your team, and working toward weekly goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy and wants their effort to directly impact their success. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (No recruiting experience required.) We're looking for someone who is: Confident communicating with new people Comfortable spending significant time on the phone Motivated by goals and results Competitive and driven Coachable and open to feedback Reliable and responsive Organized and able to follow through Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Excited to learn a new profession Interested in building a long‑term career A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required . Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, sales, call centers, athletics, or campus leadership can be a great foundation for this position — but it is not required.
