Job Title

Registered Nurse – CVICU

Location

Spokane, WA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Every other weekend required | Block schedules required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting at a Short Term Acute Care, Level II Trauma Center
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 and 1:2 as assigned
• Document patient care and clinical information using Epic EMR
• Participate in block scheduling and adhere to contracted schedule requirements
• Float between units as needed per facility requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State RN license or valid Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in CVICU
• CVICU experience is required
• Availability to work every other weekend
• Willingness and ability to float between sister facilities as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Teaching Hospital environment
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or high-acuity ICU setting
