Summary:The main function of a Bioanalytical Analyst is to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of biological samples to support drug development, clinical trials, and regulatory submissions. A typical Bioanalytical Analyst ensures the accuracy and reliability of data while adhering to industry standards and protocols.Job Responsibilities: Conduct bioanalytical assays such as LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and immunoassays Analyze and interpret data from biological samples Prepare and validate analytical methods and protocols Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment Document procedures, results, and observations in compliance with regulatory requirements Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives Participate in troubleshooting and optimization of analytical methodsSkills: Expertise in bioanalytical techniques such as LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and immunoassays Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data recording Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards Effective communication and teamwork abilities Familiarity with data analysis software and toolsEducation/Experience: Bachelors degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field required; masters degree preferred 2-4 years of experience in bioanalytical testing, pharmaceutical development, or a related area
