Job Details We are searching for dedicated and compassionate caregivers to work with one of our many clients in New Richmond, WI. Schedule: Morning and evening hours available - weekday and weekend openings. Schedules may vary based on each client's needs; apply today and our Human Resources team will connect with you to find the right fit based on your availability. What You’ll Do Assist with or perform personal care including hair care, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding, etc. Companionship - Spending time with our clients in an engaging manner, providing support and encouragement as needed. Establish a positive environment that nurtures clients' needs, self-expression, and goals. Oversee clients and take care of their needs. Work well with a variety of individuals, learning habitats and behaviors. Treat people with respect. Occasionally transporting clients to appointments or activities as needed. We provide paid training to make sure you are prepared to perform the duties of your position. What We’re Looking For Experience is preferred but will train the right candidate. Must be at least 16 years of age. Pass a background check. Valid US Driver's License Have proof of insurance and reliable transportation. Must be dependable, caring, and a team player.
