Training & Onboarding Specialist

Korn Ferry

Training and Onboarding Specialist – Recruitment Process Outsourcing Remote role with a preference for candidates based in Texas, Ohio, or Indiana. Responsibilities Contribute to Korn Ferry’s growth and profitability by delivering best‑in‑class support services to clients and colleagues. Train colleagues on the full recruitment process at the assigned client and support the new recruiter onboarding experience, from securing equipment and tools to auditing compliance with employment requirements. Develop continuous improvement initiatives aligned with client operational goals. Develop an in‑depth understanding of the client hiring process, workflow, and KPI alignment. Provide team with insight and training in the global recruitment process and any local compliance deviations. Communicate updates and changes to processes that affect team collaboration. Collaborate with KF Quality Auditors, Team Leads, Client Points of Contact (POCs), and Partners to identify training opportunities. Proactively design training schedules with continuous improvement in mind. Drive team participation and engagement with learning opportunities within the KF internal curriculum. Use data and quality metrics to report training impact to client stakeholders in formal and informal forums. Maintain a “can‑do” attitude, foster customer satisfaction, and respond well to challenging situations. Skills and Experience High School Diploma required. 4+ years of relevant experience developing training curriculum and supporting onboarding programs. 4+ years of recruitment experience in a technology‑driven environment preferred. Demonstrated experience creating and delivering interactive training content. Training certification(s) preferred. Excellent planning and organizing skills for high‑volume, fast‑paced service environments. Advanced presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with clients and across diverse cultures. Ability to adapt to ambiguity, be willing to learn. Ability to analyze complex data and develop sound recommendations and solutions.
