This facility provides Primary Care, Walk-In Care, Behavioral Health Services, and Pain Management Services.

- Graduated from a NLN accredited NP program (MSN preferred) and Maine licensure

- Graduated from an accredited PA program and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and current Maine licensure

- CPR and ACLS
