Total Wine & More in Delaware seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations and grow our customer base. You will drive sales, manage payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink while delivering best-in-class service to customers in a fast-paced retail environment. You will supervise a sales-driven team, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.
