Crew Member

DC Burger is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Crew Members. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our restaurant operations—delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service while helping to create a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. As a Crew Member, you'll work across multiple stations, including front counter, kitchen, and dining area, to ensure every guest has a great experience from start to finish. You’ll also assist with cleaning, stocking, and supporting your teammates during busy shifts. We’re looking for team players with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for great service. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a smile while taking orders and processing payments. Prepares and packages food and beverage items according to brand standards. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the dining room, restrooms, and exterior areas. Follows all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in work areas. Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed. Demonstrates punctuality and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts. Adheres to Burger King uniform, grooming, and appearance standards. Qualifications and Skills: Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and team members. Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work at various stations.
