We're seeking a hands-on executive to oversee service delivery, lead technical and business teams, strengthen client partnerships, and drive operational efficiency across a growing IT services organization.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day service delivery, ensuring high system availability, responsive technical support, and consistent achievement of client SLAs.Lead and develop cross-functional teams, including technical leadership, sales, systems engineering, helpdesk support, and project management.Develop scalable service offerings, support enterprise client onboarding, and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.Manage strategic relationships with technology, hardware, software, and cybersecurity vendors.Serve as the executive escalation point for critical client issues and lead regular business reviews to strengthen relationships and service performance.Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, operational practices, and company culture.Partner with leadership to establish strategic priorities and implement initiatives that support long-term business growth.Qualifications7+ years of experience managing operations within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.Demonstrated success leading, motivating, and developing technical teams.Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, managed services, and technical support operations.Proven project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent client-facing communication, relationship management, and vendor negotiation abilities.Strategic leadership skills with the ability to drive change, improve processes, and build a culture of accountability. xhyhwjd A hands-on management approach, with a willingness to step in and assist clients or team members when needed.
