Made in the Shade North OKC is seeking a relationship-driven professional who combines consultative sales ability, design instincts, and sharp attention to detail. In this role, you will meet with homeowners who have requested consultations through our established marketing system, help them select custom window treatments, accurately measure windows, create proposals, and guide projects through installation. • Accurately measure windows and build proposals.
• Present customized solutions and close sales.
• Follow up on opportunities and manage your sales pipeline in our CRM.
• Coordinate with our installation team and communicate with clients throughout the project.
• Generate referral and repeat business through exceptional service.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of sales, design, or consultative customer-facing experience (home improvement, interior design, furniture sales, remodeling, or real estate is a plus).
• Strong communication skills with an eye for design.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking measurements.
• Self-motivated, capable of managing your schedule, and comfortable with CRM tools.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and able to use a 6-ft ladder and lift up to 20 lbs of sample cases.

WHO THRIVES HERE

• Builds trust quickly with homeowners.
• Enjoys both design and sales conversations.
• Follows up consistently and stays organized.
• Takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.
• Wants income tied directly to performance and closing ability.

WHY JOIN US?

• Uncapped Earning Potential: Strong performance-based compensation model.
• Schedule Flexibility: Manage your own appointment calendar.
• Premium Brand & Products: Represent top manufacturers with an established local reputation.
• Ongoing Support: Full administrative, training, and installation support.
