Delivery Team Associate

Building Materials Delivery

To deliver building materials and products to and from customer job sites.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver, and unload company vehicles in accordance with delivery invoices to include lifting and carrying merchandise, lumber and building materials.
• Prepare customer orders to include retrieving merchandise and materials from storage areas in accordance with customer invoices.
• Operate fork lift to load, unload and stock merchandise as needed.
• Adhere to all approved company policies and procedures.
• Report customer complaints to Manager.
• Inventory goods and notify Manager of shortages and needed goods to be ordered.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Removal & shoveling of snow from material piles and yard during winter months.

Skills

• Customer service
• Basic math skills
• Basic reading skills
• Heavy lifting up to 100lbs

Education/Training Experience

• Prior lumber yard experience
• Prior building materials experience
• Clean driving record

Pay range is based on total compensation

Mon - Fri 7:00a - 5:00 rotational Saturdays 7:00a - 12pm 45+
