Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Caregiver to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Opelika, Montgomery in Auburn, AL, USA. As a Home Caregiver , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes. Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management
Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, including progress notes, treatment plans, and medication administration
Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective care
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting independence and overall well-being
