Description:
Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician needed in a progressive community setting.
Opportunity to practice high-quality pediatric medicine with collegial and collaborative colleagues.
Position provides outpatient clinic care, rounding on newborns, and attending C-sections.
Position consists of 4 physicians, 2 full-time advanced practice providers, 2 part-time advanced practice providers, 1 part-time behavioral health advanced practice provider, and a lactation consultant.
Call is 1:4 with a maximum response time of 20 minutes.
Rounding on newborns, attending C-sections, and taking call are required responsibilities.
Single coverage responsibility in a Level 1 nursery.
Approximately 400 births annually in the birth center.
Newborns transported if necessary to a tertiary care facility.
Opportunities for community involvement and activities are available.
Candidates who have lapsed Board Certification and need to obtain again will not be accepted.
Visa candidates and locum candidates will not be considered.
Compensation includes a competitive guaranteed base salary, productivity bonus, and patient satisfaction bonus.
Education loan repayment and sign-on bonus may be offered.
Allowances for relocation and CME/subscriptions are available.
The hospital covers costs for licenses and certifications.
