Description

As a Hospice RN, you will provide compassionate care to terminally ill patients, focusing on comfort and symptom management. Your responsibilities include administering medications, assessing patient needs, and supervising CNAs to ensure quality care. You will participate in interdisciplinary team rounds and support families through the end-of-life process. This role requires a flexible schedule, including both day and night shifts.

Requirements

• Experience working in a unionized healthcare environment (for RNs)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in hospice, palliative care, critical care, or med-surg
• Current RN license (Compact or Montana)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
