Additional Information: The NICU team manages a 65-bed unit with a patient ratio ranging from 1:1 to 4:1, utilizing advanced equipment such as ventilators and feeding pumps. The unit employs the Meditech electronic medical records system. Candidates should demonstrate strong teamwork and adaptability, and professional attire includes navy scrubs. Experience with equipment, procedures, and a positive attitude designed to fit the team dynamic are highly valued.
