Job Details Associate Attorney – Affordable Housing, Real Estate Transactions, Community Development, and Regulatory Work. This opening is for the Washington, DC office of a nationally recognized law firm focused on affordable housing and community development. Salary: $120,000–$165,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience handling real estate transactions, with a demonstrated interest in affordable housing, community development, and meaningful neighborhood and economic development initiatives. The role involves sophisticated transactional matters, including real estate development, finance, regulatory analysis, and complex real estate transactions. Candidates with experience in affordable housing, multifamily development, LIHTC, HUD‑related matters, public housing, public‑private partnerships, or community development finance will be especially strong fits.
