Do you love creating memorable guest experiences, crafting incredible cocktails, and bringing great energy to every shift? Whether you're mixing cocktails, recommending a local beer, or chatting with guests across the bar, you'll play a huge role in creating the atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

Job Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant environment
• At least 1 year of craft cocktail experience
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
• Responsible, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Food Handler Certificate (or ability to obtain)
• Valid TABC Certification

Compensation

Starting Pay: $2.13/hr (plus tips!)

Complete our Bar Training Program and increase your base pay to up to $5/hour (plus tips)!

(Average hourly earnings with tips vary by location.)

A Day In The Life

As a Via 313 Bartender, you'll:

• Craft delicious cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Deliver genuine Detroit-style hospitality to every guest
• Keep the bar stocked, organized, and ready for service
• Build relationships with regular guests and create memorable experiences
• Work closely with your team to keep service running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar
• Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety standards
• Bring positive energy to every shift
