Customer Care Representative - Regional Omnichannel

MSC Industrial Supply - - Responsibilities: Answer inbound sales and service customer calls and emails to process orders, troubleshoot issues, and complete returns with upselling where possible; Collaborate with Field Sales Associates to promote MSC solutions and revenue strategies; Utilize MSC systems (AS400, WebSOE, Salesforce, Oceana, Vendor Websites) to identify and address customer needs; Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional omnichannel functions to guide and train teammates; Follow up on customer inquiries using ticket management system to ensure timely resolution
