Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Part-Time $20.00 per hour (Monday - Friday 9am to 2pm) Easterseals is hiringPart-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)to support adults with developmental disabilities in our community day program. Job Responsibilities: Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities Build positive, respectful relationships with individuals served Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, household tasks) Support individuals with skill-building, goals, and personal development Transport individuals to appointments and community activities Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment Complete required documentation accurately and on time Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Illinois driving requirements Reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry up to50 lbs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, patient, and dependable Part-Time Benefits: Tuition Reimbursement– $1,000 per semester Paid Holidays Personal Time Offafter 90 days Career Advancement Opportunities Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) #J-18808-Ljbffr Easterseals Joliet Region
