Job Description

Assists with patient preparation, intake, and support during optometry examinations and treatments.

Performs delegated non-diagnostic screening activities and documents patient information in electronic records.

Provides basic optical dispensing support, including eyewear measurements, adjustments, and product verification.

Maintains optometry equipment, instruments, supplies, and examination areas to ensure readiness and compliance with safety standards.

Coordinates appointments, assists with patient scheduling, and supports clinic operations.

Provides approved patient education on eye health, vision care, and eyewear use.

Supports outreach, training, inventory, and other administrative activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
