PTA

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with specialities in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, Operating Room. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Daily tasks include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Critical to this role is strong communication and collaboration with patients, providers, and other members of the team. At least 2 years of experience and exceptional skill is required. Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Provide skilled nursing care and case management.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
• Support hospice care for patients with advancing age, frailty, and serious illness.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of two years' experience in hospital, home health, or hospice care.
• Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work.

• Experience in specialized nursing areas such as ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, or Operating Room.
• Additional certifications relevant to specialty areas.

• May require collaboration in hospice or critical care environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.

• Assignment duration: 13 weeks.
• Start date: ASAP.
• Shift details to be determined based on facility needs.
