Currently Hiring: General LaborerSchedule: Tue - Sat, (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM)Facility: ManufacturingJoin our dynamic team as a General Laborer and become a vital part of our operational success! In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks to support construction, manufacturing, or maintenance projects. Your hands-on approach and proactive attitude will help ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesPrepare work sites by cleaning debris and organizing supplies, mainly in an outdoor mill environmentFollow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleaguesHelp with site cleanup and waste removal (sawdust & wood fragments) to keep the workspace tidy and compliant with safety standardsCollaborate effectively with team members to complete daily objectives efficiently and on scheduleOperate forkliftPrior experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not requiredAbility to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periodsStrong attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn proper handling of tools and equipmentGood communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team environmentBasic understanding of workplace safety standards and practices is advantageousMust haves:Physical stamina and dexterityReliable transportationAbility to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments.Ability to follow directions from a supervisor.Ability to demonstrate professionalism.Questions?
