Road & Rail Services is hiring Railcar Loaders in the Mulberry / Bone Valley area. This is a hands-on, physical role working in fertilizer operations where you'll help load product into railcars for shipment.

If you're comfortable working outdoors, okay with heights, and looking for steady, long-term work, this is a strong opportunity to learn a specialized skillset.

What You'll Do: You'll be working at the final stage of the process-loading fertilizer into railcars and making sure everything is done safely and correctly.

Work on elevated platforms above railcars during loading

Monitor product flow, weight, and distribution

Use remote equipment to help move railcars into position

Perform quality checks to ensure clean and accurate loads

Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection

What You Need: We're looking for reliable people who show up and are ready to work.

Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders

Able to work a rotating swing shift (days and nights)

Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, or equipment operation is helpful

Willing to work outdoors in an industrial environment

Safety-focused and dependable
