Job Title: Nurse Manager II – Labor & Delivery (L&D) Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Salary: USD$2,39,000–$2,51,000/yr Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Labor & Delivery unit Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff Ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance Collaborate with physicians and cross‑functional teams Manage staffing, resources, and budgets Handle patient concerns and improve care delivery processes Requirements 5+ years of L&D leadership experience (ANM or Department Manager) Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred Active California RN License BLS and NRP certifications required Experience in high-volume L&D units (400+ deliveries/month) Additional Details Bonus: Up to 15% annually Relocation: Available Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
