Assistant Manager

In this role, you won't just manage - you'll mentor. You'll bring structure, calm under pressure, and support a team that shows up with purpose.
What You'll Do:
- Help run the day-to-day operations of a high-volume store
- Support and develop Shift Leaders and Crew Members
- Set the tone for excellence in service, cleanliness, and teamwork
- Partner with the General Manager to achieve store goals
- Experience leading teams (fast food/QSR experience a plus)
- Dependable, organized, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable holding others accountable in a fair, respectful way
- Hungry to grow in leadership and responsibility
