This position combines application development, production support, technical leadership, and business collaboration in a highly visible environment.If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, improving business processes, and working across teams to deliver impactful solutions, we'd love to connect with you.What You'll DoDesign, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applicationsServe as a technical subject matter expert for application architecture and system designTroubleshoot application issues and provide Tier II/Tier III supportDevelop and enhance solutions using .NET and SQL technologiesBuild and support automated processes, batch jobs, and reporting solutionsTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and system solutionsParticipate in all phases of the software development lifecycleConduct testing, code reviews, and quality assurance activitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and development teamsLead technical efforts on small-to-medium-sized projectsRecommend system improvements and process enhancementsMentor junior team members and provide technical guidanceRequired QualificationsStrong experience with .NET development and SQL ServerExperience developing automation solutions and supporting batch scheduling tools (such as Tidal or similar platforms)Experience with report development and production supportKnowledge of application architecture, system design, and software development best practicesExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutionsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred QualificationsHealthcare payer industry experienceClaims processing system experienceExperience with QNXTProject leadership or technical lead experienceExperience supporting enterprise-scale applicationsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
