Your day to day as a Speech Language Pathologist

At Bold City Education, we are looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our charter school network and make a difference in the lives of students. This position aligns with the school schedule, providing you with holiday breaks and a balanced work-life environment. As an SLP, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, playing a crucial role in enhancing student success. In collaboration with teachers and families, you will develop tailored therapy plans that address individual needs, ensuring that every student has the tools to excel. What we're looking for in a Speech Language Pathologist

To thrive as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Bold City Education, candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, along with a valid Florida SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP certification. Having school-based experience is preferred, as it enhances your ability to navigate the unique challenges of a classroom environment. Successful candidates will also demonstrate strong assessment and diagnostic skills to effectively identify communication and swallowing disorders. Additionally, proficiency with relevant software and tools is essential for documenting progress and developing therapy plans.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
