Value-Based Primary Care NP — Outpatient Focus

Akido Labs in Rhode Island seeks a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a clinician-led, value-based care team delivering outpatient services to adults and children. You will manage a diverse patient panel with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and quality improvement, supported by modern care models and an EMR-enabled workflow. You will work 100% in outpatient settings, see 16–20 patients per day, and participate in after-hours call coverage in a shared model. #J-18808-Ljbffr Akido Labs
