Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Overview Location: Minnesota. Position: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (outpatient). You will work with children from birth to age twenty-one, providing individualized one-to-one care and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into daily life. The environment supports multidisciplinary collaboration, mentorship, autonomy, and growth aligned with each clinician's passions and expertise. Responsibilities Deliver outpatient pediatric occupational therapy services to children from birth to 21 years old. Develop and implement individualized plans of care and therapy programs tailored to each patient's needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in mentorship opportunities within the clinic. Promote family involvement by inviting parents/caregivers to participate in sessions and learn home skills to support daily life. Provide services across pediatric and orthopedic clinical areas as part of Ivy Rehab's integrated therapy offerings (PT, OT, SLP, ABA). Position Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the respective state.
