RN Supervisor Transplant PCU

Medical City Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for our Transplant Progressive Care Unit (PCU). In this on-site leadership role, you will oversee complex pre- and post-transplant patients, guide bedside nurses, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary transplant team. Responsibilities include staff supervision, patient flow, clinical decision support, and quality improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong PCU or transplant experience, proven leadership as a charge or lead RN, and a commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
