• Be the face of the service department by welcoming guests with professionalism and energy.
• Act as the trusted liaison between customers and our certified technicians.
• Clearly communicate repair and maintenance needs using a consultative, integrity-driven approach.
• Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust, transparency, and value.
• Generate accurate service estimates and upsell additional services that truly benefit the customer.
• Proactively follow up throughout the repair process to keep customers informed and confident.
• Review completed repairs with the customer and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
• Handle minor concerns quickly and communicate major issues to management.
• Maintain exceptional CSI scores by consistently delivering on expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior Service Advisor or customer-facing experience in an automotive environment strongly preferred.
• A high level of professionalism, positivity, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with DMS systems and service scheduling software a plus.
