Be the face of the service department by welcoming guests with professionalism and energy.
Act as the trusted liaison between customers and our certified technicians.
Clearly communicate repair and maintenance needs using a consultative, integrity-driven approach.
Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust, transparency, and value.
Generate accurate service estimates and upsell additional services that truly benefit the customer.
Proactively follow up throughout the repair process to keep customers informed and confident.
Review completed repairs with the customer and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
Handle minor concerns quickly and communicate major issues to management.
Maintain exceptional CSI scores by consistently delivering on expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior Service Advisor or customer-facing experience in an automotive environment strongly preferred.
A high level of professionalism, positivity, and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with DMS systems and service scheduling software a plus.
