Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Service Technician in Carson City, NV to keep our apartment communities in excellent working condition, provide outstanding customer service, and support the Maintenance Supervisor in the daily operations of the maintenance department. A Day in the Life of a Service Technician As a Service Technician , you help ensure our property remains attractive, safe, and well-maintained. Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, you manage supply inventories, tools, and equipment needed for daily operations and repairs. You’ll be responsible for: Inspecting and maintaining buildings, units, and equipment Completing unit make‑readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks Performing electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs Replacing locks, screens, and hardware Painting, wall repair, trash removal, and groundskeeping Reporting and correcting safety hazards promptly Keeping the property's clean and safe appearance, ensuring everything runs smoothly for residents Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Maintenance experience in property management Ability to be on‑call 24/7 for emergencies Valid driver’s license Do you work well under pressure?
