Job Details Job Location: Marriott Short Pump, Glen Allen, VA - Glen Allen, VA 23060 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly Are you a natural leader with a passion for great food, great drinks, and unforgettable hospitality? Our hotel restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor who can create memorable moments for our guests while inspiring a high-performing team. What You’ll Be Doing Lead daily Restaurant & Bar operations with energy and confidence Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service Maintain a strong floor presence during key meal periods Ensure brand, quality, and guest satisfaction standards are consistently met Coordinate between kitchen and dining teams for smooth service flow Monitor inventory, manage labor levels, and support cost-control goals Conduct routine service and brand-standards audits Support emergency procedures and uphold all hotel policies Qualifications What We’re Looking For:

2 years of food & beverage experience
years of leadership or supervisory experience

Strong communication and people-leadership skills A love for hospitality and delivering standout guest service Ability to work in a 24/7 hotel environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr COMMONWEALTH LODGING MANAGEMENT LLC
