Accessible Space, Inc. is currently seeking a qualified On-call Receptionist to join our amazing team.
The Receptionist greets and direct visitors and callers and serves as a key member of the administrative support team, providing office and administrative support to staff. Enjoy the flexibility of an on-call position with the possibility of building into a part-time schedule.
We can't get around this – to qualify you must have:
- A minimum of one year of successful experience working in an office environment with heavy phone and public contact responsibilities.
- Knowledge of general office practices. Proficient in Microsoft Word and familiar with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English over the phone.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals.
- Ability to work well in a busy atmosphere, and to self-motivate, independent of direct supervision all a plus!
