We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide home-based respiratory services, including CPAP, BiPAP, and oxygen therapy. Established, reputable company with strong community presence Supportive and experienced clinical team Meaningful, patient-focused work in the home setting Opportunities for continued learning and professional growth Respiratory Clinician Responsibilities Provide instruction to patients and/or caregivers on proper use of equipment and respiratory care procedures Educate patients and/or caregivers to ensure equipment is operated and maintained effectively Set up and operate respiratory equipment including oxygen therapy, CPAP, and BiPAP Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper operating condition Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and required documentation Consult with referring physicians regarding patient treatment, condition, and home environment Participate in ongoing education and training related to respiratory patient care Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Active license required: LPN, RN, or Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) Familiarity with CPAP and oxygen therapy strongly preferred Willingness to travel and perform home visits Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required Physical Requirements Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs frequently during an 8-hour day Ability to stand/walk up to 7 hours during an 8-hour day Ability to sit up to 1 hour during an 8-hour day Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (65% employer paid) after 60 days Sick Time begins accruing at first day of employment 401k plan with 5% Match after 6 months Company-Sponsored Profit Sharing Plan – Additional employer contributions made to eligible employees’ retirement accounts: Contributions are based on overall company performance Funded entirely by the company (no employee contribution required) Deposited directly into your retirement account (Empower) Designed to reward long-term commitment and shared success Employer paid Life Insurance Policy after 1 year of employment Equal Opportunity Employer Enos Home Oxygen & Medical Supply, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
