Sr. Administrative Assistant

Johnson & Johnson seeks a senior administrative assistant to provide high-level support to VP-level executives and their teams within the Strategic Customer Group. This hybrid role based in Titusville, NJ involves managing complex schedules, confidential communications, travel logistics, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel through Concur for VP and senior leaders
• Organize and execute logistics for global conferences, executive visits, and special events including catering and workspace setup
• Handle highly confidential correspondence, maintain distribution lists, and manage document systems including SharePoint and Teams
• Lead new employee onboarding coordination covering systems access, equipment, workspace, and credentials
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external visitors and support ad hoc initiatives requiring independent judgment

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 4 years of administrative experience or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Zoom, Concur, SharePoint, and similar enterprise systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex executive schedules and competing priorities with sound judgment
• Strong discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information
• Clear communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels and organizational hierarchy

Compensation: $52,500-$84,525 base
