Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Adult and geriatric experience in acute or SNF required if no inpatient rehab experience

Assignment Details

• 36-bed inpatient rehab unit
• Caseload of 6 patients per day
• Possible one weekend shift per month with a flex day during the week
