Shift Leader – Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Take charge of the shift, setting morale and tone of the team. Provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Open and close the store with little to no supervision. Ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
