Senior Solutions Engineer

Provides guidance and oversight to ensure complete solution offering is provided to government and commercial customers for maritime sensors, data sets and software and analysis operations. Acts as a liaison and consultant to customers, subcontracts, and partners to accomplish the mission through the employ of maritime sensors, systems, related components, systems, and networks. Assists customers to develop long term strategies for maritime sensor operations based on operational need and system capability, Provides guidance and develop methods, standards, training to ensure performance proficiency, and customer service for maritime systems. Advises the customers on the sensors and payloads for specific mission sets to provide fully integrated systems and mission solutions. Activities include working with sensor and payload providers. Contribute to the generation of Proposals and business development activities for the advancement of the organization. Develop new business opportunities for maritime sensor systems.
