Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice Occupational Therapy
• Certification by NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet student needs and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ strengths and challenges related to occupational performance in the school environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on helping students succeed academically and functionally
• Support students in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive behavior
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary team meetings and serve as a valuable resource to staff and families
• Monitor student progress, document interventions, and adjust plans as needed to ensure measurable outcomes
• Educate teachers and parents on strategies for integrating therapy recommendations within the classroom and at home
