Requirements:

• Pickup truck with trailer or dump truck
• Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M minimum required)
• Commercial Auto Insurance (if applicable)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, hardworking, and professional

Responsibilities:

• Perform safe, professional junk removal and apartment trash-outs.
• Haul bulk items, unit clean-outs, and loose debris from apartment communities.
• Take required before-and-after photos of every load.
• Maintain excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Compensation: Paid weekly (every Friday) based on the number and size of loads completed.

Pay Structure:

• Bulk Removal: $110–$200 per load (based on load size and daily volume)
• Unit Trash-Outs & Loose Trash Removal: $150–$275 per load (based on load size and daily volume)
• Additional Pay:
• • +$25 per flight of stairs
  • +$25 per load for biohazard (feces)
  • Additional compensation for drivable parking garages (where applicable)

Important Information:

• Before-and-after photos are required for every load. Failure to submit photos may result in reduced or forfeited payment.
• Dump fees are reimbursed with proper documentation and receipts.
• Fuel expenses are not reimbursed.
