We are seeking an energetic, organized, and motivated Marketing Events Coordinator to help expand our presence throughout the Louisville market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys event planning, team leadership, and engaging with people in a fast‑paced environment. What You'll Do Research and identify local home shows, fairs, expos, festivals, and community events within the assigned territory Negotiate event contracts and secure prime booth locations Develop and maintain an annual events calendar Recruit, hire, train, and manage Event Demonstrators Schedule and coordinate staffing for events and shows Oversee booth setup, presentation, and breakdown Generate leads by scheduling free in‑home consultations with prospective customers Collect and manage contest entries and event leads Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments Track, measure, and report event performance and results What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude Excellent planning, organizational, and time‑management abilities Ability to recruit, coach, motivate, and lead a team Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment Ability to stand for extended periods during events Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Weekend availability is required.
