Requirements

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising OT
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills
• Document patient progress and report updates to the supervising OT in a timely manner
• Provide education to patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care
• Maintain compliance with facility standards and state/federal regulations

Requirements

• Active COTA license in NJ required to start the assignment
• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
• BLS/CPR certification
• Prior SNF experience preferred
