Discover more about Milliken's curious minds and inspired solutions. POSITION OVERVIEW This role is part of the Corporate Payroll team and is based at Milliken's corporate campus in Spartanburg, SC. The position is responsible for supporting payroll operations to ensure processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with the highest standards of quality. Key responsibilities include the daily administration of garnishments and other payroll-related tasks. This position reports directly to the Payroll Supervisor. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Administer daily processing of wage garnishments, including setup, maintenance, and resolution of related inquiries. Provide administrative support to the Corporate Payroll team to maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness. Assist with various payroll functions, including data entry, auditing, and reporting. Process and audit weekly payroll to ensure compliance and accuracy. Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to resolve payroll-related issues. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
