About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Thiensville, Wisconsin, 53097!

• Provide direct patient care within an Acuity Adaptable Unit, caring for ICU, Intermediate Care (IMC), and Med/Surg patient populations
• Adapt clinical practice to meet the needs of patients across varying acuity levels within the same unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Float onsite within scope of practice or to facilities within 40 miles as needed

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin or compact equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Willingness and ability to work with ICU, IMC, and Med/Surg patient populations
• No artificial or acrylic nails; natural nails must be kept short (less than 1/4 inch) per facility policy
• Willingness to float onsite or to locations within 40 miles as needed

• Experience in a multi-acuity or acuity adaptable care environment
• Comfort working across ICU and step-down/Med/Surg settings
